MyPhone recently posted a new teaser image for its next smartphone. Some sites made a strong case that it will be a re-branded Micromax Canvas 4.

A comparison of MyPhone’s teaser image and that of Micromax Canvas 4 reveals a striking similarity. If true, we could be looking at another quad core phone but with a small screen size than MyPhone Iceberg.

Micromax Canvas 4 Blow Air to Unlock and Other Features

Aside from the similarity between the side profiles of the two phones above, a MyPhone unit that can be unlocked by blowing air was also mentioned in the rumors of MyPhone Iceberg. It just so happens that Micromax Canvas 4 has that feature.

MyPhone is really looking for phones with special features like Iceberg’s gesture control and wireless display. Aside from blow to unlock function, there are also other special features similar to Samsung‘s SmartPause which pauses videos when you look away, flip to mute and call someone by placing the phone near your ear after choosing a contact and air gestures to control music playback.

If the new MyPhone smartphone is indeed a re-branded Micromax Canvas 4, this will be its specs:

Since this one is presumed to be under the Agua series, everyone is thinking about water. Some say it’s called MyPhone Voxtex since MyPhone gave a clue that “an unstoppable force is coming“.
