The new Cherry Mobile Cubix Cube 2 is the second member of the company’s series of smartphones that are sold exclusively online.
Since selling online decreases the distribution cost dramatically, the Cubix Cube 2 is truly a bang for the buck smartphone with an official price of ₱4,999.00 only!
The Cherry Mobile Cubix Cube 2’s main selling feature is its large 5.7-inch full HD display constructed gorgeously with One Glass Solution technology.
Powering the smartphone is MediaTek’s MT6592 octa core processor clocking in at 1.7GHz coupled with 2GB of RAM. However, it runs on Android Kitkat and an Android Lollipop update hasn’t been promised.
It lacks a microSD card slot although the built-in 16GB storage space should be more than enough for a casual user’s needs.

For photography, the Cherry Mobile Cubix Cube 2 has a 13 Megapixel camera at the back from Panasonic and another 8 Megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
Its battery is relatively large at 3,500mAh and should be able to last the whole day. However, it is embedded or non-removable.
