Check Smartbro Balance by Texting
To check your Smartbro balance, open the smartbro software and navigate to Messages. Compose a new message containing the words “BRO BAL” without the quotes and sent it to 2200.
You will then receive one or two text messages from Smartbro stating your current balance and when your unlimited internet will expire.
This is the easiest and quickest method in checking your Smartbro balance. But if you want a more detailed or techie way of checking your Smartbro balance, you have to create an account at My Smart.
Checking Smartbro Balance Using Smart Connect
If you haven’t created a My Smart account, you have to register your smartbro number at Smart Connect.
Having gone through the registration process, you must login to your My Smart account. on the left side, you can see the Balance Inquiry button.
This will show you a table containing the information about your account. You will know your account balance, freetext balance and per minute balance.
Missing Smartbro Load?
If you’ve experienced missing some of your load, then you have to be careful.
When loading your smartbro, disconnect it first from your computer. Connect it when you are finished loading. You can then register to different Smartbro Promos.
