Cherry Mobile Fusion Air is the cheapest Android Jelly Bean tablet in the Philippines right now. It’s another crazily prized gadget from Cherry Mobile. Is it worth your tightly gripped money?
Let’s first check Fusion Air’s specs. It’s a comfortable to carry tablet at 7 inch in screen size and very light since it only has a 2,200 mAh battery.
Cherry Mobile Fusion Air is powered by a 1 GHz processor and 512 MB of RAM. Yes, that’s low but it’s enough for the normal use of Android tablets like checking Facebook and playing Candy Crush Saga.
My first impression with Cherry Mobile Fusion Air’s performance is average. It’s not as fast as most tablets but it’s neither very laggy too.
Of course, CM Fusion Air has the ability to connect to the internet using Wi-Fi. It can also serve as a Wi-Fi hotspot since that feature is included in Android Jelly Bean. However, the tablet doesn’t have a slot for sim cards. It remains to be seen if Fusion Air supports USB dongles like SmartBro.
For the camera, Cherry Mobile Fusion Air has a VGA front camera only. That means your pictures will be sized at 640 x 480 Pixels. It’s not a good camera for taking pictures but it is sufficient for video calls like when using Skype.
