Unlike its two predecessors, Cherry Mobile U3 doesn’t just offer a rugged built and features but also the additional functionality of a hand-held radio or ‘walkie-talkie’.
This is particularly useful for those who are going on camping or patrolling the neighborhood. We’re just not yet sure with the range of this feature.
Some say that Cherry Mobile U3 costs Php4,999 but Cherry Mobile hasn’t confirmed this yet. We’re hoping for the SRP to be lower though.
By the way, the antenna of U3 is detachable 🙂 We’re guessing that that will disable the push to talk function.
