How to Register and Purchase a Xiaomi Redmi 1S from Lazada

If you missed the first and second flash sale of the Xiaomi Redmi 1S, you have another chance on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014 at exactly 12 noon.

However, this different compared to previous flash sales. You are required to register for the sale first to be able to buy a Redmi 1S. I believe this is to prevent those hoarders and ensure that everyone who wants to buy will get a unit.

Here are the steps for those who already have a Lazada account:

1. Login to your Lazada Account

2. Go to the Mi Store page on Lazada

3. Click the Register button just under the countdown timer

That’s it! You are now eligible to buy a Redmi 1S on Thursday.

Take note of the following:

• You can only register until September 11, 11:59 PM
• Only users who register before September 12, will get the chance to buy a Redmi 1S!
• Pre-registration does not guarantee the purchase of a Redmi 1S. Fastest fingers still prevail on September 12, 12PM.
• There will be no commitment to buy a Redmi 1S once registered. If you changed your mind and wait for the Redmi Note instead, that’s okay.
