SKK announced a new tablet via Facebook called simply as the SKK Cloud 9 with an emphasis on cloud computing despite the lack of any free cloud storage from the company.
It does have a quad core processor, 9-inch display, Android 4.4 Kitkat operating system, analog mobile TV function and a very Samsung-inspired design.
The SKK Cloud 9 also has a single SIM card slot capable of connecting to a 3G network. Of course, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are also present.
There’s 4GB of onboard storage which can be expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card. Its biggest disadvantage is the 512MB RAM which may not make the Kitkat user interface lag but hard core games wouldn’t be smooth.
A 4,300mAh battery powers the SKK Cloud 9 and is available in black or white for an SRP of ₱3,999. This includes a stylus pen that can be used for a finer control of the tablet.
