As the Mobile World Congress of this year nears, different brands are preparing their products to be launched during the event – that’s on March 2-6.
LG’s four new smartphones promises affordable prices for premium designs and software features which are usually found only in their high-end products.
The first of the bunch is the LG Magna. It’s a 5-inch quad core smartphone with an HD and slightly curved display, 5MP front camera, 4G LTE connectivity and a design that LG says makes it more comfortable to hold.
There’s also the LG Spirit which has a slightly smaller 4.7-inch HD display and a mere 1MP front camera. It shares a similar design as the LG Magna.
The third one is the LG Leon with just a 4.5-inch display and a resolution of 480 x 854 Pixels. This and the first two smartphones have buttons placed at the back.
Lastly, there’s the 4-inch LG Joy with a quad core or dual core processor depending on the country. Its RAM is also lowered down to 512MB for the dual core version.
All four smartphones come in two versions – one with 4G LTE and another with 3G only. The first version has metallic back covers while the latter has patterned plastic. All will have Gesture Shot, Glance View and other software features.
The pricing will be revealed during the MWC in Barcelona. Stay tuned.
