Cherry Mobile introduced two new Windows smartphones during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. One is the colorful Cherry Mobile Alpha Neon.
It features a 5-inch HD screen, quad core Snapdragon 200 processor from Qualcomm, 1GB of RAM and Windows 8.1 as the operating system out of the box.
Cherry Mobile has not revealed the camera resolution of the Alpha Neon yet but we’re guessing that it will have a pair of 8MP and 2MP cameras for the rear and front. Update: It’s 8MP and 2MP, confirmed!
The battery is confirmed to be a 2,000mAh unit and a total of five color options are available to choose from – ivory, yellow, cyan, lime and red.
It supports dual SIM functionality and 3G HSPA+ connectivity as well as usual wireless connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.

The price of the Cherry Mobile Alpha Neon is still under wraps too. The company says they will made these information available in April 2015.
Nevertheless, a quick look at the other Windows phones from Cherry Mobile makes us confident that the Alpha Neon won’t break the ₱4,000 mark.
