Meet the smartphone that might match the Asus Zenfone 2 in terms of specs and price – the new Lenovo K80.
Just like the Zenfone 2, it runs on an Intel Atom processor with 4GB of RAM and Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. It has a 5.5-inch full HD display, 4G LTE connectivity and a massive 4,000mAh battery!
The Lenovo K80 comes in two variants, one with 64GB of device storage and 4GB of RAM and a lower spec’d option with 2GB RAM and 32GB of storage space.
Both models come with a 13MP camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a two-tone LED flash. There’s no info about the front camera though.
Lenovo K80 is available in gray, red and black. |
It will go on sale in China starting on April 30, 2015. The cheaper version goes for a converted price of around ₱10,600 while the 4GB version has a price tag of a little more than ₱12,800.
It’s not yet clear if it will be sold here in the Philippines or other countries.
