Cherry Mobile’s Cosmos series of smartphones receives a new member with a premium-looking design and good enough specs – the Cherry Mobile Cosmos Two.

It’s a 5-inch smartphone with a scratch resistant, 2.5D curved edge and fully laminated display running on a 64-bit processor. Best of all, it’s relatively affordable at ₱5,499.00 only!

The Cherry Mobile Cosmos Two has a 14MP rear camera that uses a backside Illuminated (BSI) sensor for better low light photos and a 5MP front snapper takes care of your selfies.

Running the show is MediaTek’s MT6732 chipset which is composed of a quad core 64-bit CPU running at 1.5GHz coupled with a Mali-T760 graphics processor.

Sadly, it doesn’t come with Android Lollipop nor have a lot of RAM. Nevertheless, it should still run smoothly with just Android Kitkat as the OS and 1GB of RAM for multi-tasking.

The Cherry Mobile Cosmos Two boasts 4G LTE connectivity as well as USB OTG functionality. Its 8GB internal storage is a bit low but it can read up to 64GB microSD cards.

Once again, its biggest disadvantage is the battery capacity. At 2,100mAh, you’ll need a power bank to keep this running for an extended period.
