Cherry Mobile is about to upgrade its Android One offering with the Cherry Mobile One G1. It is similar to the smartphone launched by General Mobile in Turkey two months ago.
Hence, we already know its complete specs. It has a 5-inch screen, Snapdragon 410 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 4G LTE connectivity and a pair of 13MP and 5MP cameras.
The Cherry Mobile One G1’s 5-inch screen has a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and covered by a layer of scratch resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 4.
On the upper right corner of the front panel lies the 5MP front camera. The 13MP snapper with two-tone LED flash adorns the phone’s patterned back cover.
Under the hood, a Snapdragon 410 chipset runs the show with four 64-bit CPU cores, Adreno 306 for graphics rendering and 2GB of RAM to handle multi-tasking and resource intensive apps and games.

Since the Cherry Mobile One G1 is an Android One smartphone, it comes with the latest version of Android – that’s Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. Updates are guaranteed for up to two years.
It also comes with 16GB of built-in storage, microSD slot for up to 32GB memory cards and 2,500mAh battery. USB OTG isn’t readily supported though.
