Aside from the ZenFone Zoom, ASUS also launched the ZenFone Max during the Sinulog Festival 2016 in Cebu, Philippines.
It boasts a whopping 5,000mAh battery allowing it to last several days on a single charge and even function as a power bank for an official price of ₱8,495.00!
The ASUS ZenFone Max has a 5.5-inch HD display with Gorilla Glass 4 scratch protection and Android Lollipop with the company’s Zen UI for the software.
It runs on a quad core Snapdragon 410 processor with 2GB of RAM, expandable storage and 4G LTE connectivity.
Just like the company’s other ZenFone models, the ZenFone Max is also equipped with a 13 Megapixel camera and laser autofocus. This is paired with a 5 Megapixel selfie snapper.
Despite the large battery, it manages to stay at 10.6mm in thickness and a little more than 200 grams in weight. It should be available in the country in the next few weeks.
