During this year’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2016), Netflix has launched its service globally including here in the Philippines.

This lets Filipinos legally watch their favorite movies and TV shows on demand using their computer, smartphone, smart TV or gaming console. Of course, there’s also the excitement of original shows on Netflix such as Marvel’s Daredevil and Orange is the New Black.

Netflix Philippines is giving away free one month trial by signing up to the service. The subscriber can then see for himself if it’s worth the monthly fee.

The Basic subscription costs ₱370 and will already allow access to all available movies and TV shows. This is followed by Standard subscription that comes with HD resolution for ₱460 and allows the user to watch on two separate devices at the same time. On the other hand, Premium subscription offers Ultra HD video watchable on four screens.

HOOQ, iFlix and iWantTV are similar to Netflix offered by local companies here in the country. The main difference between these streaming services is the content. Check these options and see where your favorite shows are available.

Netflix is available on the Google Playstore, Apple Appstore and on the web. Here’s a list of available movies and TV shows.
