Finally, the ASUS Zenfone AR smartphone will be available before June 2017 ends. Taiwan gets it first then other countries including the Philippines and even the US!
It’s a Google Tango and Daydream capable smartphone that boasts a fine tuned Snapdragon Snapdragon 821 chip and up to 8GB of RAM for a smooth Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality experiences.
The ASUS Zenfone AR is equipped with a depth sensor at the back as well as a motion tracking sensor. This allows the smartphone to accurately render 3D objects on a camera interface. There are around 50 apps that run smoothly on the device exploiting is unique AR capabilities.
It has a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display, Android 7.0 Nougat OS, a 23MP main camera with optical image stabilization, 4G LTE connectivity and a 3300mAh battery with fast charging.
Sadly, ASUS hasn’t revealed the official price of the ASUS Zenfone AR yet. We’ll know soon when it’s officially launched here in the Philippines.
