Two New Sony Soundbars have Dolby ATMOS Audio: HT-Z9F and HT-X9000F

Sony Philippines released two new soundbar speakers in the country with Dolby ATMOS – the Sony HT-Z9F and Sony HT-X9000F.

It makes the sound from these soundbars more immersive and cinematic. Both soundbars also have wireless connectivity features and an ample amount of input and output ports.

Dolby ATMOS, DTS:X, and 7.1 Channel Upscaling

Aside from Dolby ATMOS, the Sony HT-Z9F and Sony HT-X9000F soundbars also support DTS:X. It’s a similar technology that makes audio more immersive especially for movies.

However, not all movies, TV shows, and music come in these audio formats. Hence, Sony added a signal processor in these soundbars to upscale low-quality audio to something more pleasing to listen.
