The majority of the winners are models released late last year except for the Huawei Y9s which entered the list at number 9. Xiaomi, Realme, Vivo, and OPPO also have smartphones on the list.

The Huawei Y6s which was released in December 2019 got the top spot. It’s an affordable smartphone priced at ₱6,990 with pretty basic features including a 6.09-inch HD+ display, octa-core processor, 3GB RAM, 13MP main camera, 8MP selfie camera, and 3,020mAh battery.
This is followed by the Redmi Note 8 Pro from Xiaomi. It’s a mid-range smartphone with a price tag that starts at ₱11,490. Its notable features include a gaming-centric MediaTek Helio G90T chipset, 6GB of RAM, 64MP quad-camera setup, 20MP selfie camera, and 4,500mAh battery.
The third spot goes to the Realme 5 Pro. I have reviewed this smartphone and it’s a great buy for its starting price of ₱11,990. It’s powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 712, has up to 8GB of RAM, a 48MP quad-camera setup, and a 4,035mAh battery.
