OPPO F7 sold more than 37k units on first day in the Philippines

OPPO Philippines proudly announced that the new OPPO F7 smartphone sold 37,697 units on its first day of sale in the country.

Long lines of eager customers showed up in different OPPO stores throughout the country. Those who pre-ordered the device beforehand also got a free OLIKE Magic Music Lamp.

“New Selfie Expert”

The biggest selling point of the OPPO F7 is, of course, its 25 Megapixel selfie camera. The infusion of A.I. Beauty 2.0 and Sensor HDR technologies further solidifies the brand’s claim of being the selfie expert.

The A.I. powered selfie camera of the F7’s predecessor, the OPPO F5, has impressed me. I’m sure the new smartphone delivers even better selfies!

It can now determine the subject’s gender to make women look stunning and men more masculine. There are also additional software features including a vivid mode and AR stickers.

OPPO F7 Features

Aside from its 25 Megapixel selfie camera, the OPPO F7 also has a 16 Megapixel rear camera with automatic scene recognition.

It flaunts a 6.23-inch FHD+ display with the trendy notch and runs on a 2GHz octa core MediaTek Helio P60 chipset with 4GB of RAM. Security is handled by either a fingerprint sensor or Face Recognition.

A 3400mAh battery powers the device.

The official price of the OPPO F7 in the Philippines is ₱17,990.00. A 128GB version of the smartphone has a ₱21,990.00 SRP.
