Torque introduces a new smartphone with a large display at 5.5-inches but relatively low price of ₱5,499.00 – the Torque Droidz Slate HD.
As the name implies, its screen has a 720p resolution adding up to a 267 ppi pixel density. Torque also boasts the Droidz Slate HD’s thin profile measuring 7.0mm only on its sides.
The Torque Droidz Slate HD runs on a 1.3GHz (or 1.2GHz) quad core processor, 1GB of RAM and Android 4.4 Kitkat as the operating system.
A pair of 13MP (back) and 5MP (front) cameras take charge of photography. It also supports 3G HSPA networks and has two SIM card slots.
There’s 8GB of on-board storage and a microSD card slot for up to 32GB memory cards. The battery capacity hasn’t been revealed though. We’ll update this post when we know.
