Lenovo launched a new smartphone called the P70 in China packing a battery rated at 4,000mAh! This results in a very long battery life estimated to be a whole month on standby.
Despite its large battery, the Lenovo P70 is still quite thin at 8.9mm on its sides and light at 149 grams. It has a 5-inch HD display, octa core processor and 2GB of RAM.
The Lenovo P70 is poised to be a good camera phone since it can be used to take pictures without worrying about the battery drain. It has a 13MP camera at the back and a 5MP front snapper.
It uses a MediaTek chipset with an octa core 64-bit octa core CPUs clocked at 1.7GHz coupled with a dual core MaliT760 graphics processor. These and its 2GB RAM makes it a good gaming smartphone too.
The Lenovo P70 also boasts 4G LTE connectivity and the usual wireless connectivity features. It comes with 16GB of onboard storage and a microSD card slot.
Its battery is non-removable though. It will also take 3 hours to re-charge the massive battery to a hundred percent. Nevertheless, the Lenovo P70 can act as a power bank for your other gadgets.
It has an official suggested retail price of ₱11,999.00 here in the Philippines.
