Smart Signature Requirements and Lock-in Period
There are four main requirements for a Smart Signature postpaid plan: filled-up application form, proof of income, proof of identity and proof of billing address. Upgrading to Smart Signature from your current plan is easier.
SIM-only Smart Signature plans have a lock-in period of 6 months while those with devices has a lock-in period of 24 months.
