No octa core yet?
A photo of MyPhone Android phones bearing the names Ocean Pro, Ocean Mini, Ocean Lite, Ocean Elite and Iceberg Slim has been posted on Facebook.
Many thought that this is MyPhone’s octa core offering after rivals Cherry Mobile and Starmobile released octa core smartphones few weeks ago. However, the Ocean series seems to be composed of affordable units.
The photo is a bit blurry but TJ Panganiban managed to take better photos. Here are the partial specs of MyPhone’s new smartphones.

Based on these specs, Ocean Elite and Iceberg Slim are the ones that we are most excited. However, the rest of the MyPhone Ocean series seems to be made up of affordable smartphones.
If your budget for a new smartphone is below 3K, you better wait until the pricing of the Ocean series is revealed before choosing what to buy.
