Before buying an LTE capable smartphone like the Nokia Lumia 625 or iPhone5, check first if there your area is covered by LTE signal. Your phone’s LTE capability will just be wasted if you can’t use it.
To check if your area is covered by Smart Communications’ LTE, check this list and search for your area by hitting Ctrl+F.

For those who are Globe users, check this FAQ page for iPhone 5 and click on What areas are powered by LTE. Look for your area by clicking on Show more. Of course, Smart has a wider LTE coverage than Globe.
